Bath time fun

Now that Patricia is sitting, I'm able to throw all the kids in the bath at one time. They love playing together. I wonder how long I'll be able to keep this up.

For a week now, I've been giving them baths every day. This is totally new to me, but I think it's about time. I used to dread bath time, it seemed like it took hours to accomplish, but I was wrong. When I go the whole nine yards (filling the tub, washing bodies and hair, drying them off, lotioning them up, putting on pjs and cleaning out ears) it takes me only a half an hour. I stare at the clock in amazement. How could I accomplish all of that within such a short time frame? I don't know, but it is done!

Birthday Gift

Can you guess what Enoch bought me? If not then you're probably not familiar with the Mac Notebook. I love my new laptop. It's super easy to use, even though it is quite different than what we're all used to with normal PC's.

Now that I have a computer within easy reach, maybe I'll be able to update more often.

Special guest appearance...

Last month we had the wonderful opportunity to visit my in-laws for the first time since they moved to Seattle. We had a wonderful time with them and sight seeing. They are faithful readers to my blog, despite it's very infrequent updates. My father-in-law was hoping he'd see wonderful things written about him on-line after our visit. So, to the world out there, here is Augustin, showing his youngest granddaughter the space needle. He went to work daily, but was able to take time out to show us the San Juan islands and Mt. Rainier. He and his lovely wife hosted Tabitha's fourth birthday party, complete with "My Little Pony" decor, ice cream cake and other young guests. He picked blackberries for the kids and gave piggy back rides. They even set apart time for Enoch and I to have a date. Thanks for giving us a once in a lifetime experience.
