Tabitha LOVES to paint and color and do puzzles. When I say the tv has to go off, she usually runs to her table and partakes of one of these activities.
The artwork:
A really good picture of Seth. I can never get him to smile and look at the camera. Here he was posing for me and before I had a chance to snap the pic he started running to me so he could look at the picture. I guess he was excited, because I caught his smile.
In the afternoon we received a package from my brother and his family. The kids Christmas gifts (thank you very much!). Among other things, Tabitha received a baking set. She insisted on making cookies right away. Here she is laboring away:
Meanwhile, Seth was stuffing as much dough in his mouth as he could before he got in trouble for doing so:

Their posing with the final result. I figured since I just sent out my Christmas cards today, I guess it's ok if the kids decorated the cookies green and red. (Tabitha is actually keeping Patricia from grabbing them all!)
Who can resist ending the day with a spaghetti baby?

ella loves to color and paint too. she got an art desk for christmas and uses it all the time. i havent tried her on puzzles though.
